Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with memorable service.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third products, services and processes to lead the team.
• Lead with consultative sales to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold Code of Conduct.
