Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Capable of communicating professionally in verbal and written form.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding to program completion.
• Develop consumer and small business relationships through a memorable customer experience.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes and resources.
• Coach and lead a team to reinforce our Core Values and business strategies.
• Travel periodically within Bancorp footprint for meetings and training.
