Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through a memorable experience.
• Learn Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments for customers.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture with cross-partner collaboration.
• Participate in community involvement activities.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
