Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in the United States is seeking candidates for the Financial Center Manager Associate program. The FCMA will rotate through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more, with a structured onboarding to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role.

Participants will build customer relationships, learn products, lead a team, and develop a strategic book of business while upholding our ethics and core values.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
• Exhibits business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships with a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment and be assigned to the best banker for ongoing support.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that proactively collaborates with partners.
• Participate in community activities.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Additional duties as assigned
