Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager in Chicago, IL, to complete a structured FCMA onboarding, rotate through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more. You will learn to deepen customer relationships and lead a team with a consultative sales approach, guided by a strong governance framework and community involvement.

Upon program completion, the role transitions to a Financial Center Manager position, with path to manage and grow a banking center.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships through a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Lead the consultative sales process to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy and assign clients to the best banker for ongoing support.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture through proactive collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies; model ethical behavior.
• Additional duties as assigned.
