• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Learn products, processes, and internal resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessments.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategy.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community-focused activities.
• Model ethical behavior per Bancorp Code of Conduct and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
