Qualifikationen

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment (NMLS).

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including certification.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships through memorable service.
• Learn products, processes and internal resources to lead the team.
• Apply consultative sales process to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to cultivate a One Bank culture.
• Participate in community-benefit activities.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Conduct and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
