• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships through memorable service.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify client needs and solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with consistent Financial Needs Assessments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster One Bank culture and collaborate with partners.
• Participate in community activities and uphold Code of Conduct.
