Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending and Small Business.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services and processes to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment across channels.
