• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Build relationships with customers by delivering a memorable banking experience.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of Fifth Third's products, processes and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned to Core Values and strategies.
• Foster One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Follow the Bancorp Code and ethics; model compliant behavior.
• Other duties as assigned.
