Qualifications

• S.A.F.E. Act (NMLS) registration required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships with a memorable experience.
• Learn products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Apply consultative sales process to identify client needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments.
• Source, develop, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values.
• Foster One Bank culture with partners.
• Participate in community activities.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Conduct and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
