Key Accountabilities
Financial and Budget Management (55%)
  • Prepares budget reports for the Computer Store.
  • Monitors and reconciles all accounts and advises the Director on financial issues.
  • Reconciles current fiscal year budget and spending, P‑card transactions/reconciliation, and adherence to college policy.
  • Prepares financial transactions related to inventory, including journal transfers, cashier deposits, and purchase orders.
  • Prepares invoices and journal transfers as they pertain to Research computing storage.
  • Develops, documents, and maintains financial processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supports year‑end financial close activities, including inventory reconciliation.
Administrative and Program Support (25%)
  • Assists with inventory operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming goods; ensures accurate documentation and proper storage.
  • Provides backup support for Computer Store operations as needed.
Records and Information Management (10%)
  • Maintains accurate financial and inventory records in compliance with institutional policies and retention guidelines.
  • Supports audit preparation by ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal and external requirements.
Collaboration (5%)
  • Partners with colleagues across departments to share information, strengthen workflows, and achieve shared objectives.
Other Duties (5%)
  • Performs additional responsibilities assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
