Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the Los Angeles area to deploy analytics solutions for investment professionals. You will lead data integration, module configurations, custom reports, and end-user training within a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years with FactSet Analytics tools, and strong technical and client-facing skills. Travel willingness is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FactSet Analytics tools (2+ years).
• Strong technical background and ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow and report specifications; guide technical staff on client requirements.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite’s technical aspects.
• Implement and enhance deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and their applications.
• Identify growth opportunities by mapping client structures and uncovering needs.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
