Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner across enterprise transformation investments.

You will strengthen financial discipline, govern business cases, monitor portfolio performance, and deliver executive-ready insights to support prioritization and investment decisions. The role collaborates with Finance, Transformation Operations, and cross-functional leaders to ensure financial consistency, forecasting accuracy, and value realization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
MBA or master’s degree in Finance preferred.
CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A, transformation finance, or related experience.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments and enterprise initiatives.
Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and expected financial returns for investment decisions.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Strategy, and business leaders to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and reports.
Monitor spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and performance against approved funding.
