Job summary
Navitus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to strengthen financial discipline and governance across transformation investments.
You will partner with finance, transformation, operations, and business leaders to evaluate economics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-ready insights for prioritization and investment decisions. The role focuses on financial impact and value realization, aligning FP&A forecasts with transformation outcomes, and providing portfolio
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, leading individual contributors or teams.
- Experience developing business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate transformation investment requests and business cases to inform funding decisions.
- Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, risks, and return profiles.
- Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments.
- Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and performance against funding.
