Job summary

Navitus seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to strengthen financial discipline and governance across transformation investments.

You will partner with FP&A and business leaders to evaluate initiatives, monitor performance, and provide executive-ready insights for prioritization and delivery of value. The role emphasizes financial modeling, ROI analyses, and ensuring forecasted impacts reflect transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business required; MBA preferred.
CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A, transformation finance, or related experience required.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience, leading contributors or teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments and enterprise initiatives.
Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected financial returns for investment decisions.
Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and performance against funding.
