Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution. You will shape delivery, validate direction, and ensure measurable client outcomes across process, data, controls, and technology.

Travel about 20% and hybrid or remote office options. You will own engagement planning, staffing, budgets, risks, and governance, while coaching teams and developing solutions that drive client value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting, professional services, or an industry environment.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple phases of complex client engagements, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, project economics, risks, governance, and change enablement.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate complex ideas clearly through executive-ready presentations and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, shaping the delivery approach and ensuring measurable client outcomes across process, data, controls, and technology.
• Own engagement planning and execution, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, project economics, risks, and governance; anticipate delivery challenges and align leadership on paths forward.
• Serve as a day-to-day leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, manage expectations, and connect delivery decisions to business value.
