Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead technology-enabled finance transformations across R2R and FP&A with a focus on the Media & Entertainment sector. The role requires deep R2R/FP&A expertise and fluency in sector-specific processes.

Expect to design, deliver, and govern transformations, manage onshore/offshore delivery, and coach staff. EY offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience; consulting preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Redesign operating models and processes for improved close, planning and governance.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; document decisions and actions.
