Job summary

EY seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead Power & Utilities finance programs, co-create future-ready operating models, and drive sustainable value for CFOs. You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape strategy, and oversee delivery of cross-functional finance transformations.

Role includes designing operating models, FP&A enhancements, ERP integrations, and implementation of intelligent automation. Travel 60–80% to serve external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year)
• 2–4 years consulting experience in Power & Utilities preferred
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan)
• Business case development and digital strategy experience
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & risk assessment
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap
• Finance sustainability initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP/EAM systems
• Design finance operating models and drive processes improvements
• Deliver shared services and global services design/implementation
• Provide outsourcing advisory and FP&A support
• Lead finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives
• Oversee financial close, consolidation and reporting
• Manage procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes
• Handle asset/project accounting and cost management
• Engage clients and lead working sessions; travel 60–80% as needed
