Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation in the Power & Utilities sector. You will shape finance operating models, drive transformation programs, and deliver sustainable value for CFOs in a globally connected team.

You will lead sessions with senior leaders, coordinate FP&A improvements, and leverage ERP systems to optimize close and reporting. Expect 60–80% travel to client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in consulting and power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
• Knowledge of finance regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integrations.
• Design finance operating models and FP&A processes.
• Improve finance processes and shared services design.
• Oversee outsourcing advisory and transformation programs.
• Lead financial close, consolidation and reporting initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and client engagements.
• Travel 60–80% as required to meet client needs.
