Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead high-impact engagements in the Power & Utilities sector. You will shape finance operating models, design transformation roadmaps, and drive sustainable value for CFOs by embedding innovative processes and technology across the finance function.

You will work with senior leaders, define deliverables, and manage complex programs, including 60–80% travel to client sites, to deliver measurable improvements and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years of consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan).
Knowledge of finance compliance and regulation.
Ability to assess finance quality, maturity, efficiency and risk.
Finance strategy, operating model design and transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
Finance operating model design and process improvements.
Shared services and outsourcing advisory.
FP&A and financial reporting improvements.
Finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
Lead project timelines and client sessions.
