Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
- Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
- Ability to develop business cases and digital strategies.
- Knowledge of finance compliance, regulation and risk assessment.
- Experience designing operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Commitment to finance sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
- Design and optimize finance operating models and processes.
- Oversee shared services design and implementation.
- Provide outsourcing advisory and FP&A support.
- Drive finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Oversee financial close, consolidation and reporting.
