Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation in the Power & Utilities sector to lead finance transformation programs, design future-proof operating models, and drive value for CFOs across client engagements. You will guide PowerPlan ERP integrations, finance processes improvements, FP&A, and global services design, while managing timelines and client sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience in consulting and power and utilities industry
Experience with P&U specific finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan
Business case development
Digital strategy
Finance compliance and regulation awareness
Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment
Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap
Finance sustainability
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
A knack for complex problem-solving and digital fluency

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver innovative finance processes and solutions for P&U clients.
Coordinate teams to design finance operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Oversee FP&A, cost management, and profitability analysis activities.
Drive shared services design and outsourcing advisory projects.
Manage project timelines and client engagements; lead working sessions.
Travel 60-80% to meet client needs.
