Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead power and utility finance transformations across client engagements, co-creating innovative operating models and value cases. You will drive transformations, leverage ERP and PowerPlan, and partner with senior client leadership to deliver sustainable value.

You will design future-proof operating models, ensure regulatory alignment, and manage large programs with global teams, while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2–4 years of consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and digital strategy for finance transformations.
• Knowledge of finance compliance, regulation, and financial risk assessment.
• Experience designing operating models and transformation roadmaps for finance.
• Commitment to finance sustainability and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
• Design finance operating models and drive process improvements.
• Shape shared services and global services delivery models.
• Provide outsourcing advisory and FP&A excellence.
• Oversee finance systems, automation, close, consolidation and reporting.
• Manage cost management, profitability analysis and procure-to-pay processes.
• Drive project timelines, client sessions and delivery of work streams.
• Travel 60-80% as needed to support external client engagements.
