Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead and deliver innovative finance solutions for the Power & Utilities sector. You will design operating models, guide FP&A and governance, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive sustainable value. Travel 60-80% as needed to meet client needs and lead teams.

You will work with PowerPlan, ERP systems, and digital strategy to create future-proof finance platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years of consulting and Power & Utilities industry experience.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy familiarity.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency, and operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver innovative business processes and solutions for Power & Utilities clients.
• PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
• Design and implement finance operating models and processes.
• Lead shared services and global services design and implementation.
• Provide outsourcing advisory and FP&A support.
• Oversee finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Manage financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
