Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead finance strategy and operating model design for the Power & Utilities sector. You will drive transformation programs, modernize processes, and collaborate with CFOs to deliver sustainable value and compliant reporting.

Travel 60–80% to meet client needs and execute engagements across varied EY offices. You will leverage PowerPlan, ERP capabilities, and digital strategies to craft compelling change cases and guide multi-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 2 years relevant experience in consulting and Power & Utilities.
• Experience with PU finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy awareness.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
• Finance operating model design and process improvement.
• Shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A responsibilities.
• Finance systems, automation, and financial close, consolidation and reporting.
