Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead innovative finance programs, design operating models, and drive sustainable value for CFOs while coordinating across global teams.

You’ll co-create strategies, guide changes, and manage complex projects, including PowerPlan implementations, FP&A, and financial close. Travel up to 60-80% to client sites, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and rapid value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 2-4 years relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Business case development and digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
