Micron Technology, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Project/Program Manager to lead strategic transformation programs, including AI initiatives, across Finance.

You will partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, resources, and timelines, while ensuring rigorous governance and outcomes. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, knowledge of Waterfall and Agile, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead strategic, transformation, and AI programs within Finance.
• Collaborate with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Demonstrate high-level management and leadership skills.
• Define project scope and objectives with collaborators and drive alignment.
• Ensure programs finish on time with cross-functional groups.
• Identify issues/risks and provide actionable recommendations.
