Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer to drive AI adoption and workforce transformation within the Finance organization. You will accelerate AI-powered solutions, build capabilities, and deliver measurable business value through AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives.
• Develop AI enablement strategies across Finance.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases.
• Champion adoption of Claude, Copilot, and other platforms.
• Design and deploy AI solutions including agents and workflows.
• Create reusable AI assets and playbooks.
• Deliver AI learning programs and certification paths.
• Train employees on prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Lead citizen developer programs and hackathons.
• Publish Finance AI newsletters and dashboards.
