Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across Finance, build workforce capabilities, and deliver measurable value through AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

The role partners with Finance leaders and enterprise tech teams to enable employees to leverage AI tools, agents, and workflows to improve productivity and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in AI enablement, finance transformation, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, Azure AI, AWS AI Services.
• Experience building AI agents and AI workflow solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives.
• Develop AI enablement strategies across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders to scale high-impact AI use cases.
• Champion adoption of enterprise AI platforms like Claude and Copilot.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including agents and prompts.
• Create reusable AI assets and playbooks for Finance.
• Design and deliver AI learning programs and certification paths.
• Train employees on prompt engineering and AI-enabled workstyles.
• Lead citizen developer programs and hackathons.
• Publish Finance AI newsletters and measure adoption via dashboards.
