Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Proven experience in Program/Project Management
• Skilled in Agentic AI solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive outcomes
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong business and financial competence
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with business partners and influence decisions
• Proactive with urgency to deliver results

• Manage strategic, transformation, and AI programs impacting Finance
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines
• Demonstrate leadership in program delivery
