Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst P4 to lead Finance AI transformation and enablement initiatives. You will partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases, promoting enterprise AI platforms and governance.

You will develop strategies, build reusable AI assets, and deliver learning programs while mentoring staff in AI tooling, agents, and workflow automation across Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of AI enablement, finance transformation, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and change management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on with AI frameworks (Claude, Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI services, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with modernization goals.
• Develop AI enablement strategies to boost efficiency, decisions, and outcomes.
• Partner with Finance leaders to scope and scale high-impact AI use cases.
• Promote enterprise AI platforms and governance across Finance.

• Deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and certification pathways.
• Train employees on AI engineering, workflow automation, and agents.
• Lead citizen developer initiatives, hackathons, and innovation communities.
• Publish Finance AI newsletters with learnings and success stories.
• Track AI adoption, engagement, and business value via dashboards.
