Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in project/program management.
• Proven PM experience; capable of leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience with AI solutions (Agentic AI).
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with partners and influence decisions.
• Proactive with initiative and urgency to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic, transformation, and AI programs impacting Finance.
• Collaborate with sponsors and teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Demonstrate high-level management and leadership.
• Define program scope and drive alignment on deliverables and timeline.
• Complete programs with cross-functional groups on schedule.
• Resolve conflicts and deliver world-class results within set timeframes.
• Identify issues and risks that may impact timely delivery.
• Provide recommendations to address issues, risks, and challenges.
• Communicate with finance leadership on status and decisions.
• Engage in resource planning and change management proactively.
• Arrange UAT and training sessions as necessary.
• Promote continual learning and process improvement.
