Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer to accelerate AI adoption and finance modernization across the organization. You will partner with Finance leaders, SMEs, and tech teams to enable employees to leverage AI tools, agents, and automation for better productivity and decision making.

The role requires expertise in AI technologies, change management, and learning & development within Finance transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, AI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI enablement, finance transformation, digital transformation, or change management.
Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and driving organizational change.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI Services.
Experience building and deploying AI agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflow solutions.
Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI orchestration.
Experience leading citizen developer programs and innovation initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with modernization and objectives.
Develop and execute AI enablement strategies to improve productivity and decision-making.
Partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases.
Champion adoption of enterprise AI platforms and responsible AI practices.
Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including agents, skills, and workflow automations.
Create reusable AI assets, accelerators, and playbooks for Finance teams.
Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and certification pathways.
Train employees on prompt engineering, AI-assisted work, and automation.
Lead citizen developer programs, hackathons, and communities of practice.
Publish Finance AI newsletters and measure adoption via dashboards and reports.
