Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer to drive AI adoption and workforce transformation across the Finance organization. You will partner with Finance leaders, SMEs, and IT to enable AI tools, agents, and automation that improve productivity and decision-making.

The role emphasizes enterprise governance, Responsible AI, and measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines AI expertise with change management and learning-and-development capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, CS, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, or related modernization.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with modernization goals.
• Develop AI enablement strategies to boost productivity and decision-making.
• Partner with Finance leaders to prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Champion adoption of Claude, Copilot, and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including agents and workflows.
• Create reusable AI assets, accelerators, and playbooks for Finance teams.
• Deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and certification pathways.
• Train employees on prompt engineering and AI-assisted work.
