Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience in Program/Project Management.
• Skilled in Agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive outcomes.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong business and financial competence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive with urgency to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic, transformation, and AI programs/projects impacting Finance.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timing.
• Demonstrate high-level management and leadership skills.
• Define program scope and drive alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Complete programs with cross-functional groups within set timelines.
• Resolve conflicts and deliver world-class results.
• Identify risks and provide proactive mitigation recommendations.
• Communicate progress with finance leadership and support key decisions.
• Engage in resource planning and change management.
• Arrange UAT and training sessions as necessary.
• Promote continuous process improvement.
