Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional for the Power & Utility sector to work with senior leadership and deliver sustainable value through finance capability, program and change management. You will help design operating models, improve FP&A, and implement finance systems.

Role involves travel 60–80% to client sites and frequent collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive transformative outcomes in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP/Oracle/PowerPlan.
• Strong business case development and digital strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Finance operating model design and improvement.
• Shared services and GBS design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A work.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting.
• Cost management and profitability analysis.
• Procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• Engage with clients regularly and lead working sessions.
• Travel 60–80% as needed to meet client needs.
