Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional in the United States to work with our Power & Utility clients on energy transformation via Sustainable Finance. You will blend finance capability with program and change management to deliver sustainable value and align with senior leadership.

You will travel 60-80% as needed, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and apply SAP, Oracle and Power Plan capabilities to drive FP&A, process improvements, and cost management across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–4 years in consulting for Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP/Oracle/Power Plan.
• Business case development and digital strategy capabilities.
• FERC reporting awareness and GAAP interplay understanding.

Responsibilities

• Finance operating model design and improvements.
• Shared services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory and FP&A activities.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting processes.
