Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional in the United States, with deep Power & Utilities industry experience. You will work with senior leadership on sustainability-driven finance initiatives, combining finance capability with program and change management to deliver value.

You will engage in operating model design, FP&A, cost management, and finance systems enhancements for energy clients, traveling as needed and driving client sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Business case development.
• Digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Finance operating model design and optimization.
• Finance processes improvement and FP&A support.
• Shared services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory.
• Finance systems and automation initiatives.
• Close, consolidation and reporting improvements.
