EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to shape the future of our Power & Utilities clients. You will combine finance capability with program and change management to implement improvements and deliver sustainable value.

You’ll design operating models, drive FP&A processes, and lead client engagements across shared services, outsourcing advisory, and automation, with significant travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, Power Plan
• Business case development and digital strategy
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness
• Finance transformation and operating model experience

• Shared services design and implementation
• Outsourcing advisory
• FP&A
• Finance systems and automation
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting
• Cost management and profitability analysis
• P2P and R2R processes
• Asset and project accounting
• Understand utility billing to cash via CIS systems and GLs
• FERC reporting and GAAP intersections
• Define and drive deliverables
• Lead client sessions and progress tracking
• Travel 60–80% as needed
