EY is seeking a Finance Transformation leader to drive value for Power & Utilities clients through deep industry experience and cross-functional execution. You will shape operating models, improve processes, and lead initiatives that align finance with strategic goals.

A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in consulting within P&U are expected, with hands-on experience in SAP/Oracle/PowerPlan and transformation roadmaps. Travel up to 60–80% may be required in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in power & utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan.
• Strong business case development and digital strategy skills.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
