Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to deliver strategic finance improvements for Power & Utilities clients. You will design operating models, lead FP&A initiatives, implement shared services, and advise on outsourcing while traveling 60–80% to client sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in consulting in P&U, with experience in SAP/Oracle/Power Plan, finance regulation awareness, and a strong focus on value delivery and sustainability.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience in consulting and power and utilities industry.
• Experience with P&U specific finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Business case development and digital strategy are required.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness is required.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment is expected.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap experience is preferred.
• Finance sustainability experience is desirable.
