Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation professional in the United States to work with senior leadership on energy transformation initiatives. You will combine finance expertise with program and change management to deliver sustainable value for P&U clients.

Responsibilities include designing finance operating models, FP&A, cost management, and automation across Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes, with frequent client engagement and 60–80% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; typically 2–4 years in consulting with Power & Utilities.
• Experience in P&U finance functions and applications; ability to lead finance transformations.
• Proficiency in business case development and digital strategy is preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and FERC reporting interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement finance operating models for P&U clients.
• Improve finance processes and controls; support FP&A and reporting.
• Lead shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Provide outsourcing advisory and project management; track timelines.
• Analyze cost management, profitability and procurement-to-pay processes.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and deliver insights; travel 60–80% as required.
