Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks a talented Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration) to own the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of technology solutions enabling Order to Cash and its integration with Finance processes.

You will work with SAP ECC/S/4 Finance, collaborate with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable, and automated solutions that improve revenue recognition and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with focus on O2C processes.
• Own technology capabilities supporting customer master data, sales orders, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Lead SAP SD / Order to Cash capabilities and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, logistics, tax, EDI vendors and external customer systems.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and ERP transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery and ongoing support of O2C technology solutions.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Operations, Credit & Collections and Supply Chain.
• Drive improvements in order accuracy, billing accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Manage technology partners and third-party vendors.
• Provide SME support on O2C processes and finance integrations.
