Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise finance applications. The role partners with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions for billing, revenue, and receivables.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work arrangement, the role requires 10+ years of experience and expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP platforms, and strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, enterprise apps, or IT supporting finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including order management, billing and revenue processing.
• Experience leading enterprise finance applications and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Demonstrated experience defining application strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance solutions supporting O2C.
• Lead delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of O2C applications (billing, invoicing, receivables, collections).
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Technology to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Manage portfolio priorities, backlogs, and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop managers and individual contributors in a matrixed environment.
