Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health technology, is seeking a Finance Technology Manager focused on Order to Cash and SAP integration. You will partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, and IT to deliver scalable ERP solutions across multiple U.S. sites.

Lead the roadmap for finance tech, manage vendors, and ensure revenue recognition, cash application, and intercompany accounting are tightly integrated with ERP systems. Strong SAP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting or ERP with O2C focus.
• Experience integrating SAP with finance/back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for Order to Cash and its finance integration.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and IT.
• Deliver reliable, scalable, automated SAP-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmap for ERP transformation.
• Manage technology partners and vendors.
