Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Finance Technology Manager (O2C & Finance Integration) for DePuy Synthes. The role leads strategy, delivery, and support of technology solutions enabling Order to Cash and its integration with Finance and commercial processes.

The candidate will work closely with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable and automated O2C solutions, driving improvements in order and billing accuracy and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred for higher responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery and ongoing support of Order to Cash and its integration with Finance and commercial processes.
• Lead SAP SD / Order to Cash capabilities and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Operations and Supply Chain to improve order and billing accuracy.
