Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) to lead enterprise finance applications supporting order-to-cash. You will translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions for billing, invoicing, receivables, and revenue tracking.

The role partners across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive modernization while developing a high-performing team in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems and ERP.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and revenue processing.
• Experience leading enterprise finance applications (SAP or Oracle).
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience managing vendors and SLAs.
• Experience in global/matrix environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance solutions.
• Lead delivery and support of order management, billing, AR, and revenue processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio and backlog, balancing value, regulatory needs, and resources.
• Ensure controls and regulatory compliance across financial apps.
• Drive process improvements, data quality, and user experience.
• Lead ERP modernization and system harmonization initiatives.
• Liaise with engineering and design teams for product feedback.
• Manage external vendors and system integrators with SLAs.
• Coach and develop managers and contributors in a matrixed environment.
• Oversee team operations, performance, and budgeting.
