Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Finance Technology Manager specializing in Order to Cash and its integration with finance. You will own technology capabilities supporting master data, sales orders, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application.

You will lead SAP SD / O2C capabilities, partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, and IT, develop the technology roadmap for ERP transformation, manage vendors, and provide SME guidance across finance integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Finance/Accounting or related field required.
6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with focus on O2C processes.
Experience leading SAP SD / O2C capabilities and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SD / Order to Cash capabilities and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, logistics, tax, EDI vendors and external customer systems.
Own technology capabilities supporting customer master data, sales orders, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and ERP transformation.
Manage strategic technology partners and third-party vendors.
Provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams on O2C processes and finance integrations.
