Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) to lead enterprise finance solutions across order-to-cash. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology to translate business needs into scalable, compliant systems and drive ERP modernization and data quality improvements.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, deep O2C knowledge, and strong leadership in a global, matrixed environment. Hybrid work arrangement with extensive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems or enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading enterprise finance applications (ERP) like SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, priorities and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance solutions.
• Lead delivery and support for order management, billing, AR, collections, revenue processes.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Tech to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage portfolio, priorities, and delivery backlog while balancing value and regulatory needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, data quality and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives including ERP modernization.
